In order to access your policy documents, please follow these steps:
- Select your policy on the left-hand side.
- Scroll down until you see 'Documents', from here you can download your Policy documents or the Summary of Policy Values.
Please keep in mind:
- The quickest and easiest way to get policy documents is to download the policy summary from the 'Policy' tab within your portal. This is a condensed, 2-page summary of the insurance policy with all of the important details, and it's perfect for record keeping.
- You can also download and print the entire insurance policy from the same place within your portal, but it's a much bigger document.
- Only the policy summary will have the most up-to-date details of the policy, including any changes you have made since starting the policy. The information shown on the policy documents will be the same as what was entered into the application. This is also not applicable to all policies.
