In order to retry your payment method, please follow these steps:
1. Go to www.ethoslife.com and click the person icon in the top right hand corner to login.
2. Once you are logged in you can select 'Payment' on the left-hand side.
3. You will then see under the Payment Methods section you can select 'Retry primary'.
4. If it is successful you will see a popup similar to the screenshot below.
