ExamOne is the vendor responsible for collecting Attending Physician Statements (APS) from hospitals on behalf of Ethos. Typically, ExamOne does not contact customers unless a physical signature is specifically required by the hospital. Most hospitals accept the electronic signature provided by the customer during the application and activation process.
