To access your documents, we recommend first clearing your browser's cache, cookies, and history to ensure the page loads correctly. Once cleared, follow these steps:
- Visit the Portal: Open a new tab and go to estate.ethos.com.
- Verify Your Identity: Enter your mobile number to receive a verification code via text.
- Log In: Input the code to access your Estate Planning Checklist page.
- Locate Your Files: Under the "Action Items" section, select the "Documents" tab.
From here, you can click on any file to view it. If you need to make changes, simply click the pencil icon next to the document you wish to edit.
